ECounter:

Epoch counter (ECounter) module provides a lose time-synchronisation across the WSN based on pulse broadcasting. The source of the pulse can be either the reader device, or a node equipped with a Global Positioning System (GPS). A WSN time is based on a counter named "epoch". The duration of an epoch is a tunable parameter defined by the user. The epoch "zero" denotes the starting point the counter which is defined by the user.
