NManagement:

Neighbour-management (NManagement) module provides a framework for developers to plug-in their own neighbour attributes discoveries. It provides a single interface, so that multiple modules can query about a neighbour attribute in an efficient way. The neighbour management takes care of discovering neighbours, but let the plug-ins discover the attributes themselves.
